Quick update from Monsoon on the Thursday event

Weather-Friends,
I've been taking a look at new information and have a slight change to make regarding my forecast for tomorrow...
I think snow will begin either just before or just after we arrive at school, impacting the morning rush little if at all.  But the earlier start time means snow will begin accumulating relatively early in the school day--early enough that an early dismissal is looking more likely.  In addition, the temperature will likely stay at or below freezing for the entire day, meaning more (perhaps most) of the precipitation will fall as snow.
This fast-moving storm will be out of here by 5 or 6pm, but accumulations could be in the 4- to 5-inch range and perhaps a bit more in Reading and northern Berks.
Chance of cancellation Thursday: 30%
Chance of delay Thursday: 10% (this wouldn't make much sense)
Chance of early dismissal Thursday: 80%
Chance of cancellation Friday: 15%
Chance of delay Friday: 45%
Nothing new on the Saturday-to-Sunday storm.  Will have updates when I get more information...
